I used my loptop whole night then it shutdown when battery is empty so when I charge it not functioning and according to technician that my CPU was overused... what should I do all my files I saved it there.

Solution
First off, none of your files are saved to the CPU - they're all on your hard drive, which is removable and as long as there's no fault with it, can be recovered. It's possible that your CPU overheated and failed - that might be what the technician meant by "overused". If so, the CPU may be replaceable depending on the make and model of your laptop. If not, you're probably looking at needing a new laptop.

If you know for sure its not usable and if the warrenty is done just sell it for parts/scrap. The ram/optical drive/hard drive (after clearing it) could all give you some cash to put towards a new one

All your files are saved to the hdd or ssd so the cpu should have no affect on the files themselves. Accessing them however may require you to take the laptop to a computer technician to sled the drive and save the files to an easily accessible disk such as a usb stick or other drive. The CPU like volcanoscout said is probably shot and you should start looking for a new laptop. Hope this help!

You will dont lose any of your files, they're not saved on CPU, but in your HDD or SDD, as others said above.
Now, i have to say, never let you battery/laptop run out power, when the battery level is low, plug him in the outlet, this will save your battery life.
And about the CPU, like all other computer, laptops generate heat, and heat damage computers, they are enemies.
When using the laptop, always let the air vents free, blocking the vents will overheat the internal components, damaging CPU and other parts.
Your CPU could be overheated, and died.
If the only problem is your cpu who died, and your laptop is not so old, you can replace your cpu.
