Currently i am using pentium e5400 but I need to upgrade ASAP to play Watch Dogs.

I was planning for Pentium G2120 but it won't be as good as any quad core.
I am also from India, and here Haswell Pentium chip is not widely availabe and xtrmly pricey, same as FX 4300...
My Budget is Rs- 9000/- only.. ( Rs- 60= $1)
I can either Get

Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT

Fx 4300

or

Intel 3.3 GHz LGA 1155 Core i3 2120

Gigabyte GA-H61M-S1

No such incompatibilty issue would be there. There are lot's of guys(noobs) who post reviews on flipkart(don't bother them and their comments).
I agree that the 6300 has a nice price to performance ratio but don't underestimate the 4300,it is the best at that price range.I have seen it myself in action. The The i3 is 1-2k more and is better but the 4300 is a nice processor too and is capable of doing heavy mutitasking and delivering good performance while gaming.

The i3 is kinda old but it's good. The fx4300 has a nice price point.
The mobo from gigabyte and the 4300 you picked is nice but i'd suggest spending rs.700 more and get this one:
http://www.flipkart.com/asus-m5a78l-m-lx-v2-motherboard/p/itmdcnreqw49frjf?pid=MBDDCNREQW49FRJF&otracker=from-search&srno=t_13&query=AM3%2B+motherboards&ref=7df7c08f-c823-4195-9828-259da5baacb0
It supports processors upto a TDP of 125W which means that you can upgrade anytime to a 8350/8320 in future.

If you could have afforded a 4130,i'd have suggested that since it's new but it's way costlier and you couldn't manage the price for the mobo.

Thanx but some one at flipakrt just said that the processor is not detected with Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 mobo..
I am confused, to buy GA-78LMT series, Asus is nice but the price is high...

Will there be any compatibility issue with Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2PT (even 3.1)???

If you go with AMD, don't settle for anything less than an FX 6300 and a GA-78LMT-USB3. I would buy a used Phenom II X4 955 or 965 before I bought an FX 4300. Problem is, no upgrade path with either choice really. Save up and get at least an i3 4130 with an H81 board.

Get that mobo along with the 4300.

Clock for clock, the FX 4300 really isn't any better than Phenom II X4. Even a core 2 quad Q9550 @ 3.7ghz is faster than a 4.2ghz FX 4350, in games anyway. Even at 4.7ghz it is just barely faster than an older ivy i3 3225. I cannot recommend an FX 4300, especially for watch dogs. FX 6300 minimum. (FX 4300 and 4350 are essentially the same chip, just different stock multiplier)

I have Bought FX 4300 + 6gb RAM and with R7 250 1 gb DDR3, I am getting 30-40 FPS always in High 768P in watch dogs...

Thanks for the suggestions though,...

But i3 2120 is priced even higher than FX 4300, and i3 3220 is priced even more higer than FX 6300...!!
So, from the price point I really have no reason to choose i3. Coz in watch dogs my single core barely reaches 90%...
On an average it is using 70-75% of my full cpu, and my GPU is getting bottlenecked at 100%.

So, i3 won't have its effect.

Still i have plenty of room for overclocking, and at 4.8Ghz FX 4300 beats i3 3220...
So, thumbs up for Cheap yet Powerful FX 4300.

DX 12 is coming next yr, so I think AMD's multicore architecture will get a little bit benefit, as the single core CPU overhead will be reduced...
SO, HAPPY GAMING... :bounce: :pt1cable:
