Mouse and Keyboard doesn't work after startup?

I just installed a new motherboard and reinstalled windows, but after windows starts up my keyboard and mouse stop working. My keyboard and mouse worked when I first installed my motherboard, and randomly stopped working now. My monitor is also stuck in 720p.

If it's some fancy keyboard and mouse.... you'd better get the driver for it first.
And drivers for the GPU to get the 720p out of the way.
