Realtek HD Audio Manager speakers doesn't work

So here's the problem my speakers and heaphone in the backpanel worked fine with Windows 7 Ultimate and when i installed Windows 8 it stopped working (I installed Windows 7 again because i couldn't Windows 8) I've downloaded Realtek HD Audio Manager again and i'm trying to use the stereo setting with only my two front speakers, i mean i've set the speakers to default device on both Windows and the Realtek HD Audio Manager so when i test the sound it shows that sound is coming out but there's no sound from my speakers. But i found out when i select 7.1 sound my front speakers work but not the other speakers and when i test the sound i can hear from my front speakers but it shows that the sound is coming from the rear pair ( SCREENSHOT if you look closely on the middle left speaker in the manager you can see the blue light around it that it shows that there's sound) and for some very odd reason when i uncheck the side pair speakers they work but that sound is also coming from my front speakers(SCREENSHOT you cant see this too but i clicked the bottom left speaker in the audio manager). Oh and by the way the sound works if i plug in my headphones in the front panel but with very poor audio quality and it does not work in the back panel anymore where i used to have my headphones before i got a new chassi. I changed chassi yesterday if that may be the problem but i don't think so though since everything works like it's supposed to except for my speakers. Sorry for the long post and i apologise for my poor writing.
