Well you find what you want to buy add it too your cart hit checkout add your credit card info and hit buy its not very hard. If you can figure out how to post something on a forum i find it hard to believe you dont know how to buy something on amazon. Go to help on amazon it will explain it better than i can if your not just trolling me.

If you can explain to me how you know how to post on a forum and use skype but you cant figure out how to buy something on amazon.

problem is im bulgarian im using the cyrillic and i dont know how to type it but i did everything and it keeps saying that there is an error

im using the american amazon since it much cheaper i dont care about shipment pay and stuff i just want to get the item the problem is that i dont know how to enter the information that its requires

If you are from non-US country and still want to buy from Amazon.com, then there are basically 2 options for you!
One is buying from Amazon with the help of a forwarding service like this http://www.usgobuy.com/en/us-online-shops/amazon.html
The second one is buying from Amazon with its own International Shipping Service, but this is restricked to limited items, not all items can be shipped out of US.
