I'm also from India. SO here's the best build for 25k:
HDD: http://www.flipkart.com/toshiba-500-gb-desktop-internal... rs 3,198
PSU: http://www.flipkart.com/antec-vp-500-watts-psu/p/itmdyd... rs 3,199
Processor: http://theitwares.com/computer-hardware/processors/inte... rs 7,250 i3 4130
Motherboard: http://www.flipkart.com/gigabyte-ga-h81m-s1-motherboard... Rs. 4,170 ga-h81m-s1
GPU:http://www.flipkart.com/xfx-ati-radeon-r-7770-core-1-gb...
XFX AMD HD Radeon R 7770 Core edition RS 7,725
Total: RS 25,542
You will be able to play all games on medium with this setup. I think you forgot to add ram in the list of needed things. Anyways if RAM is also needed I'll make 2 more builds.

The athlon 5150 is a low end processor which won't help you in gaming at all. Period. Take a look at this:

My build has an i3 4130 which beats the hell out of the kabini 5150. It has 1600 mhz Ram and an hd 7770 which is an equivalent of r7 260x and so beats the r7 260.And this will be much more futureproof because you can always upgrade your cpu to a good i5. However in the amd option your limited to athlons and apu's.

Your ram is only 1600mhz overclocked by professionals, 1300mhz for anyone and its actually clocked at 667mhz if you lok at thr bottom so that makes me feel as though its ecc ram and not non ecc, but if the ram is non ecc then yes, your build is better.

OOPs sorry I didn't see the RAM specs. It is non ecc ram and it is meant for desktops. Even then I found this stick to be much better: http://www.snapdeal.com/product/corsair-xsm3-8-gb-ddr3/... Costs rs 5458 and would just cross budget by 100 bucks.

Both the motherboard and psu have good reviews, so maybe its just you. Also asus and corsair are great companies and most people would recommend both companies for any pc build.

Corsair is a great company. But the vs series is very badly reputed. And I just said that I wouldn't go with that 760g chipset mobo because you can't overclock your mobo and without OCing the FX chips are a waste.
For proof that the vs series is very badly reputed look here:

Megalordluca: Haha fair point. ;)

OP: If you require a completely new system, you could consider the following for around 30,000 Indian Rupees (INR) without the graphics card:

CPU: Intel Core i3-4130 Dual-Core Processor (Rs. 6,990 @ FlipKart)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (Rs. 5,992 @ FlipKart)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 4GB (1 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (Rs. 3,286 @ FlipKart)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive (Rs. 3,799 @ FlipKart)
Video Card: ZOTAC GeForce GTX 660 2GB GDDR5 Video Card (Rs. 13,750 @ FlipKart)
Case: Corsair Carbide Spec-02 Mid Tower Case (Rs. 4,999 @ Amazon India)
Power Supply: SeaSonic 520W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply (Rs. 4,950 @ FlipKart)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer (Rs. 990 @ FlipKart)
Total: Rs. 44,756
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

With the graphics card the total is around 45,000 INR; purchase all the above except the graphics card to total around 30,000 INR. Purchase the GPU once you save up more funds, in the meanwhile you can use the integrated graphics of the i3; not ideal for the latest games however your budget is tight.

It should also be noted the Operating System (OS, i.e. Microsoft Windows) is NOT included with the build. You'll have to pay more to purchase Windows if you don't already have a copy, or you could use Ubuntu which is a free alternative.

All the best. :)
