Hello, a couple of days ago a woke up and i went to turn on my pc. when the boot came to the windows loading screen, where the windows flag appears, it shuts down just before the flag loads. i have tried everything, i have triede to reset the bios with no sucess. I have tried to do a safe boot, but the pc shuts of when i try to safe boot. sometimes when i turn it on, it comes the screen where it says "start windows normally" or "launch startup repair" but when i choose the startup repair, when windows is loading files, the pc just gets black and turns off. i have tried to take out every component in the pc, and i have tried with just one ram stick, and i cant even do a fresh install of windows because the pc turns off. all components are also running and working fine.
I have searched for ages and cant find anything like this. If someone could help, i would appreaciate it alot. it so frustrating to not have a computer.
Im adding this link where i have filmed what happens when i turn the pc on.

Do you have your copy of Windows laying around, or can you get a copy? Try running a startup repair with that, or a diagnosis.

Also, have you overclocked anything, or changed anything in the BIOS? It's worth going into BIOS and setting everything to "optimized" or "default" settings in (should be in the save and exit tab) here, then trying. Helped me with a similar issue a few days ago.

i have tried startup repair, but the pc will turn off before i even get to the actual startup repair.
And i have not overclocked something, and i have in bios set it to "optimized"
