I just bought an Active Display port, and was wondering if you could Do a Active Display Port to dvi. Then the DVI to VGA? I have a feeling this would sorta cancel the effect of the display port.
Any Thought?

Well the active signal is digital and VGA is analog so yes it might. I can't say I've ever tried myself. I didn't know you could stack adapters like that in the first place. I'm assuming you're hooking up a recent GPU to one of the older LED monitors with analog inputs?

The Graphic Card I have is Radeon R9 280x
Two monitors are Dell S2440L and then my TV.

But i do feel that the converter on-top of the converter is affecting everything.

Why don't you get 2 displayport to HDMI cables and plug those into your monitors and use a regular HDMI cable for your TV? That way you don't have to deal with adapter shenanigans.

The card i have only support one display port, so what i'm going to do is go purchase an DVI monitor ( for the ADP) using HDMI on one Monitor and then a Converter (DVI to VGA) on the other montior due to the Card i haev has a Converter DVI port on the Back

It's also worth mentioning that displayport was designed to allow you to split the signal; meaning with the right adapter you can have two monitors hooked up to one displayport. I guess another thing worth mentioning is that the R9 280X can support up to 6 monitors with the right setup of course.
