When I start the computer it gets past bios and post, but on the starting Windows screen, restarts. It will loop like this for a while and then go to Windows error recovery screen. If I select launch startup repair, it just loops back to the Windows error recovery screen. When I try to launch my windows CD, it goes through the "windows is loading files" screen, gets to the starting Windows screen, and then hits the Windows boot manager screen. At the bottom it says
