Hi!
I've got this strange problem with my Gigabyte Radeon r9 280x. I could run bf3 for 10 minutes or something perfectly before it gave an errror. I ran the setup for DirectX and now bf3 seams to run perfect (will keep you posted if this changes) but watching a video or running Microsoft Flight Simulator X causes it to either bluescreen, simply freeze or freeze together with an angry buzzing noise after a little while.
UPDATE:
It generally freezes from time to time, quite often - sometimes also in bf3
My specs are:
- Gigabyte GA-Z87-DS3H
- Intel Core i7-4770k@4.1GHz liquid cooled by seidon 240m
- Corsair Force 128GB SSD
- Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD@7200RPM
- Crucial Ballistix 16GB sport kit RAM
- Corsair CX750M PSU
Monitor connections:
- HDMI with HDMI->dvi converter on main display
- VGA with Mini DisplayPort ->VGA adapter
Any ideas on what could be wrong?
Here you got a link to a minidump I think is relevant:

Thanks A LOT for help! Reaally grateful!
Sincerely,
Erik
