Not sure what you intend to do with the system, but it's a beast. An unbalanced beast, but a beast. It's overkill in many fashions (i.e. you probably won't be able to use the capacity. Here's a little more balance setup. It's slightly cheaper and gets you more GPU and SSD. It trims the PSU to something more appropriate. You don't need 64GB unless it's for specific applications. In fact, you probably don't need more than 16GB.

Still overkill, but more balanced;)

If that's the case, then you might want to consider more of a workstation setup with a Xeon-type 6 or 8 core CPU and maybe a professional GPU like a Quadro. Keep the RAM at 64GB, add in a UPS and depending on whether you're going to be adding more storage drives and how many, bump the PSU back up. Possibly multiple SSDs and HHDs in a RAID configuration. Or are you going to be accessing a server?

What's your budget for this build? I'm on tablet now, but when I get back to my office I can take a look and offer better suggestions. I'm sure other members will offer their advice and expertise in the meantime.
