I've seen on amazon that you can buy 128GB stick of DDR4 RAM. So are motherboards that support it out yet? Someone says they're out, someone says they aren't. So, are they?

There will not be any mainstream CPUs with DDR4 support until Skylake in mid/late-2015, which means no motherboards for DDR4 until then unless you count Haswell-E on LGA2011-3.

And even then, I'm not sure mainstream CPUs will support DIMMs that large - desktop CPUs have traditionally been limited to dual-rank memory modules and those 64+GB DIMMs are quad/octo-rank.
