i have a core 2quad q8300. 6gb ram and a gtx 560 gainward goldn simple. can i run the new games like metro redux and far cry 4 gta 5......

All 3 games haven't been released yet :D
You should be able to run them but ton't expect high settings.
Bet to install the game, try it and tweak the settings so it runs smoothly.
