SSD is "stealing" my Gb

why is my Gb dissapear from the SSD drive one moment is 64Gb then 57Gb after a while its 60Gb and its not moving from there why is that? and i didnt install a thing on it

No, this is how operating system works.
You can disable page file if you have enough RAM but it won't make much difference.
