It would seem as though my hard drive is broken.

It doesn't want to be booted upon, after the dell post(Splash Screen)
It just restarts the whole computer continuously.

The hard drive does however seem to be intact.

I cant access it from another computer(Boot) as it just blue screens as it has incorrect drivers.

But all the previous files are still there, and completely accessible, even system files.

One thing i did notice was that when i tried to use CMD to run a chkdsk /f It just stopped at 14%.

(Tried different RAM sticks)

the reason it restart continuously is it was setup to restart if it encounter a bluescreen. try to enter safemode(ei press f8 right after the POST_BOIS info.) nd about chkdsk. did you wait to see if it finishes?? or did you just restart your PC?? try chkdsk /r and wait a couple of hours to see if it finishes.
