UPS restarts automatically in a second

Hello everyone here!
Im having a major prob with my UPS..It restarts automatically in a second after I have run the UPS for about 1~2 hours..This restarting causes my PC to turn off.When the UPS restarts, it cuts off the power supply for one sec..then it gets back but the same thing happen again after an hour or so.
Moreover, I get to hear a sound when it restarts...
Somebody please help me if you can...I will be glad

Thanks for the reply...Frontech electra 725..No, I haven't changed the batteries yet..In fact, I didn't even opened the UPS..Yeah, it gets hotter sometimes..It has been a year with the UPS..

If the UPS is only one year old, the batteries should be OK. Please list your PC's complete specs and especially what PSU (power supply) are you using (your UPS seems to be a 725 VA one, so it can supply max. 512 W at full load for all consumers combined (PC, monitor, speakers, etc)
