All i will say is first get yourself a Asus 144Hz 1ms trace free gaming monitor, or something of that ilk. This is the 1 i have@1920x1080, my pc also is i7 and dont listen to those who say i5 is enough, its not with the balnce of your pc u want more power to get better fps 80 fps atleast otherwise u should get a ps4 instead cos tv's only run them at 60 Hz. but u need atleast a GTX Titan like me combined with a decent monitor that runs atleast 120hz but mines 144Hz. everything is looks amzing and smooth and made for high end gaming. Glad u have 8 GB too that is also key.but u wont be able to run at very high fps with your i5. so expect (with max settings) to run big games at limited fps. otherwise invest in an i7. thats if u care about how th game looks too. i wanted both best looking and high fps so i got i7

If you knew anything, you would realise that the i5 is fine for gaming. You would also know that your GTX Titan is beaten by the gtx 970, which is something like a third of the price, maybe half, and that 144hz is useless, as an extremely small minority of people can see above 60fps (in fact, not a huge amount of people can notice more than 40~ fps, but 60fps is generally smoother and doesn't jump around as much). Don't advise on issues you know nothing about.
