Where are you located and what is your budget?

From your options I would choose the Asus Z97, Corsair Vengeance Pro, MSI 280, Seagate drive (green is for low power and blue is slightly more expensive than the Seagate barracuda and slightly slower), probably don't need SSD, Corsair 200R or 300R if on tight budget Phanteks Enthoo Pro if you can afford it, XFX PSU (probably cheaper than the seasonic and the corsiar CX is rubbish), the cheapest optical drive and thats a great KB.

CPU: Go for the i7-4790k version, your motherboard supports it. You might consider getting an i5-4690k, its powerful and enough for gaming unless your doing some video editing and 3d works.
CPU Cooler: Get a CM Hyper 212 EVO, it is simply the best.
Mobo: Get a z97 board, the other factors are color scheme and your preferred brand.
RAM: Either of the two. They are both great rams from great manufacturer, so no problem here. Consider your color scheme. Yes, z boards support high clock speeds of ram, up to 3300mhz.
HDD: Green is optimized for silence and low power consumption, in return you'll have less performance, a Black would be better, more noise however.
SSD: Want to boot in less 10secs? Want to load games faster? Get an SSD, a Samsung 840 EVO is enough, 120gb - 250gb
GPU: Again, color scheme and preference, dont forget the performance.
Case: Corsair 200R or 300R, both are good cases. NZXT H440 if you want to look better.
PSU: Atleast 650w, Corsair RM650, Seasonic Xseries 650w and the like. Dont forget the brand name, you dont want to skimp on this part. Get 850 watts if doing hard OC and want to xfire in the future.
ODD: As long as it spins.
Keyboard: A good gaming keyboard will give you good experience. Corsair Vengeance Keyboards are great, Logitech and Razer ofcourse.

Something like this.
Intel Core i5-4690k
MSI Z97 Gaming
Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600Mhz 2x4Gb
WD Caviar Black 1-2Tb
MSI R9 280x Twin Frozr
Corsair 300R
Corsair RM 650
Any optical drive.

Corsair Vengeance Gaming Keyboard and Mice.

Hope this helps :)

yes, because for games you won't see a difference with a i7, it's better to get a i5 and spend the money you saved on a better graphics card, because the card I suggested will get you 10-20fps more on games than the one you wanted before. you need a ssd for your operting system and some of your games, so when you turn your pc on it loads up faster and on games the games will load up faster than if you put them in a hdd

No, the asus z97-k is a great z97 board and unless you want to go for a red motherboard then the asus motherboard will do fine

Nice build. I forgot to mention earlier that the CM Hyper 212 EVO won't fit in the CM K550 case so it's good that you changed it.

so i change to 4690k
and i have more 2 question
1. i think about to improve from 8gb ram to 16 What do you say about it did it worth ?
2.i see that the Asus Z97-K LGA1150 it almoust the same priceas the msi h97 gamin 3 the asus is better i i still don't really understand the differences between the motherboard

No, 8gb is fine for gaming
and a asus z97 k will be fine for oyu, the asus boards just havebetter build quality imo and produce some of the best z97 boards out there,, stick with the z97 k :)

and about the memory ram if i buy 4x2 or 8x2 what to buy .have a few MHZ 1600/1333/2133/1866
as i understand the Corsair Vengeance Pro it the best but what mhz i need? (and it will change the speed of the ram ?)
and you sure it dont change 8/16gb ram cause i see in a few games that it recomeant
and by the way the keyboard i select Cooler Master Storm Quick Fire Pro it good? i need Mechanical keyboard for gaming i still dont sure if i take the blue or the red

2x4 is better, and it's not the best ram, but you won't notice a difference, just get any 2x4gb in 1600mhz and you'll be fine faster speeds don't help in games really, I haven't tried that eyboard but the razer keyboards are nice, I have one myself :)

memory helps in internet surfing cause I'm used to open about 20 windows at the same time if i buy 16gb it make it better then the 8 ?
and you have Mechanical keyborad of razor to show me (and ty very much!!)

I have a laptop with 6gb of ram and I've had like 2 windows full of tabs, it doesn't help with more ram, honestly, and try the deathstalker? or blackwidow

Samsung 840 EVO Series MZ-7TE120BW 120GB SSD SATA III
Samsung 840 EVO Series MZ-MTE120BW 120GB SSD mSATA III
and this is a good 290 card ?(MSI Radeon R9 290 4GB GDDR5 2xDVI HDMI DP PCI-E‎)
and this is "CM Hyper 212 EVO" a good cooler what with a cooler like that it better? "CoolerMaster Seidon 120V CPU"
and sory on the bagging

Nothing noticeable, both are great, go for the cheaper one, and yes, it's a good one, not the best, but good :p for the best cpu cooler, the noctua dh 14
