here is my build so far http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XNtmmG

people have recommended gtx 780, gtx 770, radeon 290, and 290x what do you guys think? Looking for best bang for my buck. Is there a big difference between PhysX on the video card for gtx/nvidia compared to on cpu for radeon/amd? Do you gain that many more fps for overclock on gpu if so might do that in future so if that has an influence on which card.

what motherboards do you guys think is best for $100 to $150 range looking to overclock my cpu in the future once I figure out how to do that (my first gaming pc)...is phases and caps that important? I know some boards have more phases but I have read that they are just doubled. Some boards I have thought of are the asrock z97 extreme 4, asus z97-a, msi z97 gaming 5, asus maximus VII ranger, gigabyte g1 z97 sniper. What do you guys think?.. doesn't have to be one of the boards listed if there is better one in that price range.

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-z97extr... @ $128.99 after $15 mail in rebate

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-motherboard-z97aP @$139.99

http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-motherboard-z97gaming5... @$139.99 and comes with MSI steelseries mouse

Is there anything you would change about my build?

Thanks in advance for suggestions/replies
