Best Headphones from razer for gaming?

afaik the only real difference is wireless or wired (ok, they say 5.1/7.1 but basically that's all BS marketing unless your dealing with separate speakers dispersed around a big room, you really really won't tell the difference when it's all strapped to your head).

Much as I love my Razer mouse+mousepad personally I'd never bother with their audio stuff though... it looks the part but you'll probably get better quality from someone like Sennheiser or Audio Technica; if you're dedicated to the Razer blinginess and branding though then I guess the only question you should worry about is to be wired or wireless - as an audiophile I always prefer wired because there's less conversions (and hence less signal loss from source to output) by cutting out the wireless phase, not to mention all the noise you'll get from squashing digital and analogue components into the limited space of a headset but if it's just for playing on a console from the sofa on the other side of the room then maybe wireless is all you want :)
