The major things are I would suggest more RAM if budget allows. 8GB is kind of standard nowadays.
Secondly, please pick a PSU that's tier 2b or above on this list for maximum reliability: https://community.newegg.com/eggxpert/computer_hardware...

but isn't this like a super good graphics card already?
damm
which one would you recommend that can go with my current configuration?
or what should i get along with a better graphics card? i know that sometimes i need higher psu walts to supply a good graphics card
EDIT: btw i didn't understand what did you mean by no mods? ( i haven't played yet)

your graphics card isn't high end, more like mid range , depends on how much you're willing to spend on a graphics card really, I can recommend you some once you tell me the budget you have for a card

i'm willing to put another 50 dollars into graphics card.the price for radeon r9 270x seems to be around 250, so 300 is my budget for graphics card.
btw i edited my last message, which was, what did you mean by no mods in the previous post? i haven't played yet
I would assume that like gta IV, there will be tons of mods that you can get for gta 5 once it's on pc, so you need more ram on your graphics card to handle the mods you might download for the game, I'd recommend a r9 280x then, it's probably 30-50% better than the card you selected and comes eith 3gb of vram too so you can download lots of mods for gta 5 and still have smooth fps
just make sure it's a aftermarket r9 280x -
