What RAM should i buy

I have the acer predator had it for some time now, i need to get a new pc but havn't got that sort of money yet. I have a pc freezing / sound loop / black screen problem at the moment and from what i've read it is most likely ram related so what ram should i buy ? (i'm new to pc) what would fit? (if it needs to fit, it probably doesn't) Thanks

I think the Acer Predator supports 32gb of RAM, but if youre just gaming 8gb is fine. If you have the money, go with 16gb.

I recommend G.Skill, or Corsair Vengeance.
