good solid build, if youre lucky, that 270 will clock at/or above the X version. either way, you will be able to game at 1080p with medium or above settings.

Thanks for the answers everyone, and I was looking to pay less than or just above $800 this was on a forum for $600 builds but I also still have to get a monitor to go with it.

I'd say go with a 280. It's less than 200 dollars right now.

Thank you for this! If anyone else has ideas on what to change I like seeing them, this one is pretty much perfect but I'm still open to others' opinions

That's going to be a great build. Just remember that you're at $80 in rebates, not sure if you want to do those or not (I try to stay away from them).

Edit: I'm not an AMD guy (Though I'm not against them), so I'll just tell you to check into that compatibility issue about the BIO's.

Edit 2: Don't forget an operating system... not sure if you'll be using Linux or already have one.

Yes I picked windows 7 for my Operating system and thanks for the heads up on Amd problems, I hadn't heard any so I'll be reading up on that, and although the rebates seem like they can be a hassle I'll just deal with it, I know I'll be happy with the ending product, thanks everyone for the answers!
