Ever since I build my computer it has had a reoccurring problem.

It will turn on, run for a few seconds then turn off, then on, then off, and so on. Until I flip the PSU switch at the back, but when I flip it back, it starts again

(I'm pretty sure it's not the PSU, and I know it's not the CPU overheating)

It's a cycle, it starts about 2 weeks before it completely stops working. Once it cuts off I do the usual. I unplug the power, open the case, then shuffle the ram cards. I start it up and it works for a few days. When I do this process and it does not work, then I know that it's time for something to change.

So, this has happened about 4 times over the 3 years I have had it. I have replaced the CPU fan, replaced the PSU, and other things.

My specs are:
ASUS p8p67 Evo motherboard
Intel i5 processor
GeForce gtx 560 GPU
Corsair xms3 4gb RAM (x4)
ModXstream-pro 700w PSU
Seagate 500g barracuda hard drive
And a few other parts (CPU fan, 2 disk readers)

I'm a noob at this stuff and I have limited parts, but I can keep up. Any help would mean a lot

I don't overclock. I can't get into the bios ATM, I might get lucky later and get a few minutes before it cuts off. I will check later, thanks for the tip

I did manage to get BIOS up, but not long enough to get to advanced settings. A new problem is occuring now, it's wanting to boot up before I press the power button. And The on mobo power button does not work
