Is 2.16Mb/s Upload Speed enough for Streaming?

Hey guys, I really want to get into streaming and I have been doing some research that you do need certain requirements to stream. My goal is to stream at 720p 30+ Fps! I have a Upload speed of 2.16 and I am doing everything wired, NO WIRELESS CONNECTION AT ALL. I read that you need a beefy computer to as well so here are my specs for my PC, hope you guys can help me out and confirm! I am using OBS to stream [Open Broadcaster Software].

Specs:
i5 4670k @ Stock
GTX770 Gigabyte OC edition
8GB Corsair Vengeance PRO Ram @ 1866
1TB WD Caviar Black
MAXIMUS VI HERO 1150 Z87
750w Power supply

Streaming with one monitor is very hard and unpleasant for you and for your viewers because you need to keep minimizing the game to look at the chat or you need to run the game in window mode and its just bad.

Get a cheap 5:4 (1280x1024) monitor as a second monitor. they're dirt cheap.
