I haven't built a PC in a few years now .. my old PC is getting a little old now. So I am upgrading, I am just a casual gamer nothing hardcore. Also, I haven't really been keeping up with the latest components and stuff.

This is my build so far. I would like to keep it below £400, the lower the better. However I do want to have a good CPU which will last me a few years. I think the i5-4570 seems good for me. I don't know what motherboard to go for .. any suggestions will be appreciated. Also, I still have my old HIS HD4850 ICEQ4 which I will use in my new system. I know the card is old, but it will most likely play any game I want at high settings and has a pretty damn good cooler. I will upgrade the card in future when I have the money.
I would like the PSU to be 600W at least, I will be upgrading stuff every now and then; installing small mods like case fans etc..
