lol, don't mind him, i would say your build is fine for what you want it for, a starter build, but not sure if it justifies 600~ dollars because of the graphics card. the only thing i would change in your build is a better graphics card if you want to play on better graphics settings.

also, asrock? come on now, that's so not reliable.

I was thinking the same thing lol. Do you think it would be better if i upgrade the graphics card to a EVGA GTX 750 ti?
 
Personally I think my build or Tech's build will give you huge advantage over what you've chosen. BTW MSI's mobo are very hit or miss and most of them turn to be faulty anyways its your money and its up to you whether you want to get the most bang for your buck with ability to upgrade to an I5 later with an already better GPU or Have to throw your rig two years later.
