Yes, this specs is pretty good. However if you want to go future cpu upgrade 8350 or FX 95 series, the motherboard is not as powerfull. If possible you can switch to ASUS M5A FX 990 PRO 2 motherboard. This board has more power phases and good for overclocking.
And you need not to go for this high watt power supply. 650 watt would be suffiecient for you. Save from PSU and go for fx 8350 or go for GTX 760

Bear in mind that NZXT H440 has no optical drive bays, you have to use external usb dvd writer. I also own NZXT H440

you could try 1866 ram. i dont really see a problem with the build. you howerver should get a r9 280 for (190$) it has much better performance the r9 270 is just a underclocked r9 270x so you just overclock the r9 270 to get a r9 270x.

yeah also a 990fx mobo is best for fx 8 core series but the 970 can work with them with a bios update. You really wont be upgrading anywhere with a AM3+ mobo anyways they dont make chips anymore except for some weak fm2+ apu's. You could get a i3 that has the same/better performance for the same price(115$) and then upgrade to broadwell this christmas time or get a i5.

do i need to do the bios update right away it says some vishera cpus might need a bios update before using mobo

yeah for a fx 8320/8350 needs to have the mobo updated with another cpu/usb. They have 2400mhz ram for around 78$. no need for ram faster than that. no the r7 260x is a mid ranged card thats weak the r7 260x can only play medium the r9 270/x can play ultra with some settings of the r9 280 can be overclocked to near r9 280x levels. It will play ultra 60fps with almost all setting on.

There is myth about fps, there is not much difference between 30fps and 60or more fps. One can check you-tube comparison video. Actually what happens if we buy system providing more fps----- as time passes the new games come with heavy and heavy detail then our system starts losing fps. System of 60 fps at present would give 30 fps after 2 or three years, Still we can play games without any notice, our eye has persistent vision of 1/16 sec. That is 16Hz. So more than 20fps is always fine. When our system become poor after 3 years then we can push its limit by overclocking. So i dont recommend overclocking unless it is really needed. Secondly overclocking gives stress on components and there meam time between failure (MTF) decrease.

You can check 30fps vs 60fps comparison on youtube. I am telling from the standard books used by engineering books by expert proffessors. I played sniper elite 3 at ultra setting at 28fps on my old system. Now I am playing same game on i7 4790K on asus z97 sabertooth mark 2 with MSI r9 280 at 50 fps. I have literally did not notice any difference in any kind of detail.

i wanted to SLI but pcpcartpicker doesn't allow u too add a second nvidia card i just heard that skyrim is best on intel cpu and nvidia gpu is it true?

actually pc partpicker does you just chose two unsli capable cards. you should get some pci 3.0 ports also you should get a decent mobo like a fatality 990fx or it you can afford it with no overclocking a intel 4590 and h97 mobo around 75$.

sure you could get a i5 4590(189$) h97(85$) which is the best performance for your money. this would be better because it can be upgrade to more powerful components. another cheap one fx 8320(140$) and 990fx(80-90$ at its cheapest). this is a little more powerful than your current build. get some 1866 ram if you can. Let me explain on pc partpicker the r9 2xx/gtx 760 and up are sli/cfx capable the r7 260x or gtx 750ti are not since the performance increase would suck compared to a single card. If you chose a sli capable card then it will say add a second card.

Solution

Two things here:

1.) Your original list says "MSi Radeon R9 270X TWIN FROZR". You didn't even add a first nVidia card so why are you talking about SLI? I recommended that motherboard SPECIFICALLY because you listed a Radeon card. Now you say that you wanted to SLI? I have a feeling that you really don't know much about computers if you don't know that Radeons use Crossfire and GeForces use SLI.
2.) When I played Skyrim it was at max settings using a Phenom II X4 965 and twin Radeon HD 4870s. It ran perfectly with no skipping, stuttering or atifacts. It was perfectly fluid. There were no problems whatsoever and that was at 1920x1080. Since that old CPU and those old cards worked perfectly, ANYTHING will run Skyrim perfectly. When I fired up Skyrim using my FX-8350 and twin HD 7970s, the experience was exactly the same. Whoever told you that Skyrim runs better on Intel and nVidia was full of crap because perfect at 1080p is perfect at 1080p. Now, perhaps when you get into the stratospheric frame rate levels that only benchmarks can see or feel, it might be different but I seriously doubt that you're gearing up for gaming at 4K with the gear you have listed here.

yeah tons of rumors that intel/nvidia run better just giving amd a hard time
