ok I bought this laptop and it runs about 55-65 degrees celcius with about 2-3 pages open s this to hot for the cor temp the cpu is intel b830 shuld I be concerned laptop is 2 years old windows 8

thanks just kind of worried as its my primary computer my desktop is running xp and I don't have the cash to upgrade the ram so I can put win 7 on my laptop starts up at 46 celcius is why I worry I don't game In it at all

Laptops tend to run warm. I wouldn't really put their chips over their throttle points but they are designed to. I think every laptop hit thermal throttle really.
