i've been trying and failing to change my laptops clock because it's 2 hrs behind, but every single time i'm about to click 'change date and time', the buffer circle appears for a second then it stops. it's no longer clickable and i can't right-click close the tab. it dings, and it stays stuck until i restart. this is weird, and appeared a week ago. does anyone know?
also, it has taken a longer time for laptop to turn off than a minute. it can take up to 5 or 10.
