need help choosing an intel cpu under 150

i want an intel cpu for under 150 and i want to record and render games such as minecraft garrys mod dayz and games like that my build so far and also what is the best motherboard under 60 that is lga 1150 with usb 3.0 and s/pdif output and i want to upgrage like in one year to an i5 so i dont want an fx-6300 cause the am3+ is dead thanks

The G3258 when overclocked has been shown, even on gaming tests, to keep up with any other Intel processor under 200.00 and it's only 75 bucks. It does struggle in demanding multi-threaded tasks since it's only a dual core, but considering you can pump it up to about 4.5Ghz, it's a worthwhile tradeoff considering the price. You can get a decent board with OC capabilities for not much more than that. If you have a Microcenter nearby, you can get really good deals off CPUs and motherboards. I got a $250 i5-4690k for $200, and a $145 Z97 Extreme4 for only $105. So try for any i5 from Haswell, really, like the i5-4590 which you can get for $160 at Microcenter if you're willing to stretch your budget a little. If you get good savings on the motherboard, you should be able to afford that.
