So i about to complete my build FINALLY after about a week of editing and i dont know How many fans to put in. The case i am buying already comes with 2 fans from and back. Will the 2 pack be enough? Check out my build for any other recommendations!!

Corsair Air Series SP120 Quiet Edition (2-Pack) 37.9 CFM 120mm
for
NZXT Phantom 530 (Red) ATX Full Tower

Solution
2 fans is a good starting point, I personally say 4, 5 if you water cool. 2 intakes and 2 exhaust (2 radiator and one case exhaust with radiators)
Any more than that and noise builds up for minimal cooling increase.

Didnt mean to push solution.. so my case comes with 2 fans so i'd have 4 fans and no water cooling. Would that be exceptional?

Thank you very much. I am definitely going to order tomorrow. If you have the time can you look at my parts to see if they are worth the price etc.? It would be a great help :)

I would recommend holding off on buying additional fans until you have a chance to assess the stock fans. Then you'll have a better idea of what you need to add or replace. If you add fans, I'd look at 140mm fans rather than 120s - you can get the same airflow at lower RPMs and lower noise levels. Those quiet edition fans have pretty anemic airflow.

Also, I'd consider changing the DRAM from A-Data to the G.Skill Snipers linked below. They're better and cheaper, at least at the moment. There's a 10% discount on them at Newegg, but the discount is only through tomorrow. In fact, if you miss the discount I would still get them, or you could go for the Corsair Vengeance at the second link.

I know this won't answer your question but a 290 with an i5 4950? I don't know if that would go too well.

Actually it's a 4690, and they should get along just fine.

Will my cpu go good with my gpu or?

No worries, they're fine.

You can get it unselected if you hit the solution button by accident - just ask.

So what 140mm fans do you recommend? I a 2pack would be optimal but buying separately would be fine. I prefer to just buy everything at once.. and im pushing it on my budget but if you go big you may as well go all in :p
