change the CPU, mobo, cooler or SSD if you feel like it. if it's mainly for gaming, i wouldn't look beyond a DDR3-1866 2x4GB RAM kit. there's an Antec HCG-M 750W for around the same price of the 850W variant. any Bronze rated PSU cheaper than those aren't worth it.

I know 1KW is overkill for a single 780TI but the EVGA P2s are some of the best manufactured PSUs on the market right now so you can SLI that 780TI with no issue:

I went slightly over budget but with a second GTX 780TI and an overclocked 4670K it would destroy any game it touches. Plus you get Samsung's flagship 850 Pro which is proven to be one of the fastest, if not the fastest SSD on the market.
