The first build has a much stronger processor, and a better power supply. I would personally take that one. Better upgrade path as well.

Ok, but do you think that I should get a better motherboard for around the same price point? I was looking at this; it has better audio and I think it looks better, but the full ATX gives more expand-ability in the future.
