Alright after a buddy let a stool tip over into my desktop (it is an HTPC in the living room) it refused to turn on. just a quick blink of light, mumble of the fans and then nothing. refuses to post.
after resetting the CMOS and gutting the thing, i discovered that it started up fine with a CMOS reset and only the MB and CPU (with cooling of course). i gradually added parts until everuthing was on the MB (RAM, CPU, network card, power switches, HD Audio, and USB hub) execpt for the video card. as soon as i plugged the video card in, same problem, quick flash of activity, then i heard a relay-like-click in the PSU.
long story short, is my video card hosed? can i send it in to get fixed by NVidia?
