I recently decided to build a custom pc using the following parts:
AMD FX-8320
GIGABYTE GA-990FXA-UD3 AM3+
G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB)
Rosewill HIVE Series HIVE-750 750W
HIS IceQ H787Q2G2M Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB
Rosewill RNX-N180UBE USB 2.0
Western Digital WD Blue WD10EZEX 1TB 7200 RPM

Once I received the parts and put it together, i naturally began to buy games such as Arma 3 and Counter Strike, however I get low frame rate (7-15) on multiplayer (arma 3), and random freezes in Cs:go, I have tested a 660 ti to see if its my graphics card but i only get a few more frames per second, im wondering if im bottle necking somewhere by using a USB 2.0 wireless adapter or because im using a HDD instead of an SSD for my games, any suggestions or information is greatly appreciated.

Additional Detail: im running dual monitors, one at 1360x768 and the other at 1680x1050, and also have run Furmark and Prime95 for 1 hour increments with no issues aside from 14 frames per second in Furmark

My Ram is 200% above the recommended

I cant see the expected FPS since im not a member, but im getting 26-30 FPS in arma running it on 1680x1050 with my other monitor disconnected

it maybe an issue of cpu overheating and throttling
use sensor of hwinfo64 to check cpu temperature and clock speed while playing ( you can set OSD in hwinfo64 sensor to see clock speeds and temps while playing )
your cpu temperatures should be below 60'C
