I'm using Logitech's wireless keyboard and mouse combo (mk260r)
To know more about the brand, please click the following link: http://www.logitech.com/en-in/support/wireless-combo-mk...

Since the first day, I am able to observe delayed response time in both keyboard and mouse. When loading files into the flash drive, this wireless combo stops responding and couldn't work on them until the file transfer is completed. This problem occurs even while playing games and watching videos.

I thought there could be an interference. So, I disconnected the webcam from the USB port and then the response time from the keyboard and mouse got to be pristine in all stressed conditions. Also, I'm reconnecting the webcam when logging in Skype or any other instant messengers. Is there any way to keep my webcam attached all the time while using this wireless combo (keyboard+mouse)?

You might be drawing too much power from your USB ports. Try using a powered USB hub.

Go to your local electronics or computer store and buy a powered USB hub. Plug the USB hub into a wall outlet and plug it into your computer's USB port. Now, plug devices into the hub instead of the ports on your motherboard. The hub will provide power for devices instead of drawing too much power from your motherboard.
