okay so earlier today i got the rest of my parts to finish my build so I started putting everything together and now that its all together and i dont have a dvd reader like i thought I tried to boot the system using a bootable usb and so far I cant get it to boot period it will turn on and all the fans work great but I cant get power to my keyboard and i dont have a mouse either nor can i get it to read my usb drive to boot up the OS I think its my video card but i dont know what kind of video card it is (stole it from my brothers old shuttle) not sure if there is even a speaker in the case or if it just not beeping either any help will be much appreciated thanks
*EDIT*
I went through the entire check list found a few problems fixed them and still cant get power to usb's on mobo or front of case and wont boot BIOS for the mobo i think its the gpu still need to figure out whats wrong
