Hi, I've been researching monitors to be used exclusively for my ps4. I've decided on a 23-24 inch size and a price no higher than $250.
At first I was looking at TN monitors like the Ben Q RL2455M and Asus VS238.
Then I saw that IPS displays have better picture quality with the sacrifice of some response lag. Coming from a TV I should be able to deal with 5ms response and I found this Asus IPS monitor that is in my price range:

So my question is this: Will the MX239H give me significantly better picture quality than those two TN monitors, since response lag isn't as big a concern for me? (I play mostly single player games)
And are there any other IPS monitors that beat the MX239H in picture quality at the around $200 price range?
I would really appreciate the help as I've never purchased a PC monitor before.
