You're a rare case of good news amongst the 'Can-I-upgrade-my-laptop-GPU' brigade.

The Acer Aspire 6935G does indeed include an MXM-2 slot which is the name of the slot you would plug a third-party portable GPU into.

The card you have linked is indeed the exact GPU included with your Acer Laptop, and as such will be fully compatible with the MXM-2 slot in the laptop

Your main upgrade options, beyond the card you have linked, for an MXM-2 slot are listed as the Radeon HD 4650 and Radeon HD 4670. Other compatible cards with that slot would need a PSU upgrade which may be pushing the limits of practicality. If you're willing to go that far there are other mobile GPUs that will fit an MXM-2...

Bottom line: You're good to go with that card.
