when i tried to open website weebly.com and i getting this ...

i also tried armorgames.com same happning there.plyz tell me what is the problem.
Iam using chrome on windows 8 pro 64 bits

yeah, I have this problem too when my internet is slow, what I'm trying to say is that when this 'problem' happened , your internet connection was so slow that it couldn't load up everything properly, whereas a few days ago, your internet connection was very good so you could access it

If it`s a new system, make sure to download and install two programs first or the webpages will not display properly.

The two bits of software you need to install are here, please click on both links.
Download the software and install them on your computer.

Adobe flash player.

Some websites will not display properly untill you have these two bits of software installed.

It work after that ok.
