Hello there, i am currently in the process of making a gaming computer and i have made a lot of changes to it time and time again, and i would like to finally come to a conclusion on it. I want to be able to play games like rust, stomping land, dayz with no lag, LoL with +90 fps, and heavily modded versions of minecraft with no problem. I am going to simultaneously, on a separate monitor, record, stream, and edit while playing.
Here is my current build:

CPU: Intel i5 4670k
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: Gigabyte z97 D3H
RAM: G SKILL RIPJAW X Series (2x4) 8gb 1866
GPU: XFX Double D AMD Radeon R9 280 3GB GDDR5
Power Supply: 650 Watts - Thermaltake SMART Series SP-650PCBUS 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified
Memory: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1tb
Case: Thermaltake G42 Mid-Tower
Monitor(s): ASUS VS228H-P 22-Inch Full-HD 5ms LED-Lit LCD

Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks!!!

yes, very doable, I have a intel hd 400 integrated graphics on a i5 3210m, and I can run very high settings on constant 60 fps, even in tf's, though there will be a visual update for the rift coming soon :/
the 280 won't get 90 fps in those games, that's 780 ti/ r9 290x territory, you want to render but you only have 8gb of ram, 16gb is recommended or video editing/rendering, streaming and playing games are quite cpu intensive, a i7 would be better, especially for cpu intensive games such as dayz

I'd be surprised if anything can play DayZ at 90fps without spikes or even 60fps without spikes. From my understanding of that game, it's still horribly optimized and it's been out for quite a while too.

As for your build, as legend says you should be looking at that higher end territory. As for the psu, I'd suggest maybe getting one that's slightly better. For league, you could probably get 90fps with that card on higher settings.

I only wanted to get 90+ fps in LoL, as for the other games, i just want to avoid getting pissed off by the amount of lag.( I want it to be playable). So maybe 30-60 fps? is that doable for the build? I only have about 1200$ to spend, and im capped out when i include my keyboard and mouse.

Thanks for responding btw :D
