Accidently put apply to start up and now computer won't work help please Msi afterburner

I put apply to boot or set up idk which way but any way
Now my comp won't display I've switch ram to the other slots and took out graphics card to see if it was it but still nothing
It turns on but no display
It's not the monitor
Any help any one

Like i left the box checked
Apply to setup or boot
and now the comp stoped like it won't display
I was talking to my friend today about it and he told me like why did you do that and it won't work on some comps.
Now the comp won't display no more
So if you can help thank you
If you can't then I'll just buy new parts or something to find out what broke or something

Resetting the BIOS will not help in this situation. The problem is MSI Afterburner. If he resets the BIOS, that will not mitigate the OC from the program. Go into safemode and remove MSI Afterburner.
