So when I was playing something I got vertical stripes. I reflowed it for like 3-5 minutes with a hair dryer(for lack of something else). I worked ok for 5 minutes, then I connected an external full HD monitor and after 1 minute it got vertical stripes again. I guess I "overloaded" it. Then I reflowed it again for 6-10 minutes with the hair dryer. It works ok for 2 hours now, but I did not plug the external full HD monitor.

What should I do now? Try to find a head gun and do a decent reflow on it ?
Should I not play any games or connect the external full HD monitor for fear of overloading the GPU again ?

Solution
The reflow should be done in a specialized machine. Go to an IT service and they will help you with that. But the vertical stripes (artifacts) you get could also be from overheating or the VRAM is about to die.
