Radeon HD 8570 does 2160p a hoax?

I have an Asus A88X-Plus motherboard latest bios and Catalyst drivers with an AMD A8 6600K APU on it. My monitor is a Seiki 39" SE39UY04 which works perfectly on my older system with a Gigabyte Radeon R9 270 dedicated gpu at 2160p 30Hz (3840 x 2160) over HDMI.
