Building a PC on a budget, need help

Hi

Finally getting a new PC as mine is 5 years old. It will be used mainly for gaming.
Building it on a budget so just wanted to ask for some help regarding the CPU choice (and anything else I might want to change)

Should I rather go for something like the i5 3570k?

This build will perform MUCH better for gaming, as the GTX 770 is a much more powerful card than the 270X.
You only need 8GB of RAM, it's certainly enough. The CPU I have picked out for you is much more powerful than any AMD FX series in your price range, and it'll be ready to overclock as soon as you get it. The PSU I have chosen is also of higher quality. The build is also cheaper! Enjoy!

Sadly I can't find all the parts where I'm gonna buy the PC. I live in South Africa

You'll need a Z97 motherboard to overclock the CPU, but everything else looks perfect! Well done. :)
