The title says it all.
I have a matx case/system and need to keep the system as cool as possible because of limited airflow and, just as important I need it to be quite. I'm not talking about "extreme quite" but I trust most users on Tom's know what I mean when I say the noise shouldn't be noticeable

Most ATX PSU can fit in the case as far as I can tell (old one is an ATX rev 2.01).
Budget.. Around 120$ (~700 DKK if there are any Danes here)
