The R9 270x is better than the 750ti, and also the CPU in my build is a bit stronger.

So, what do you have right now? Do you have an OS already? Maybe an optical drive, HDD, mouse and keyboard, monitor?

i want to build a totally new pc for around 600$
where ~350$ if for cpu and gpu
rest for ram,psu,hdd.
i already have a optical disk drive,soundcard,mouse,keyboard,cabinet,display.

is amd better than intel?
