why people install with it another program anti malware like Malwarebytes Anti-malware?does i need to do this and is this better?

I use that Exact combo .

Bitdefender and Malwarebytes are a perfect combo , sometimes one catches something the other one didn't , great choices.

i think 2 antiviruses slows my pc down

, if i got two how to control them both? what should i enable from each of them
and what should i get anti-malware or anti exploit oh and should i got ccleaner?

Malwarebytes is an anti-malware , BITDEFENDER is internet security and super light , won't slow a system down
