I dont know it used to be like once every month or two but now its like every 20 minutes. I have tried a far amount of stuff and thinking about downgrading to W7 if needed. What are something i could try that would fix that arent reinstall drivers because i have already tried that? Its been happening when i watch a video on facebook and fast forward it really fast it just crashes or when i play LoL or just watching youtube. If this info helps i have a r9 290 by HIS

Its the Amd driver you are using.
It causes a system memory access violation in a part of the memory that is reserved for windows.
Its an access violation.

Depending on the driver version you are using.
If its a Beta driver use an older more stable one.

If you had another type of graphics card in the system and it was another ATI model.
Or an Nvidia before you installed the card and the driver for the 290 you should of done a clean sweep of any old drivers.
First.

Also if you mobo has on board video ports consider disabling the gpu of the board in the bios.
